One Account Per User
You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual may be merged or deleted without notice.

Restrictions

Virtual Items
Virtual currency, items, and content purchased or earned in our games have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. All virtual items are licensed, not sold, and we may modify or remove them at any time.
Game Updates
We regularly update our games and applications. Some updates may change game mechanics, balance, or features. You acknowledge that gameplay may change and accept such modifications.
Purchases & Payments
In-App Purchases
Our Services may offer in-app purchases of virtual currency, items, or premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
Pricing
Prices for virtual items are displayed in your local currency and may be subject to taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, credit card processors). You agree to their terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and only in cases of technical errors, accidental purchases by minors (with parental verification), or non-delivery of purchased items. Virtual items already used or consumed are not eligible for refunds.
Prohibited Activities
You Must Not
Engage in cheating, hacking, or use of unauthorized third-party software; Create or distribute malicious code or viruses; Impersonate others or provide false information; Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech; Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; Interfere with the Services or other users' enjoyment; Engage in real-money trading of accounts or virtual items; Use the Services for commercial purposes without permission.
Consequences
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of content, loss of virtual items, and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content, features, functionality, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software are owned by Pawsome Creations or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
If you submit, upload, or create content within our Services (user-generated content), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.
Copyright Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been infringed, please contact us with a detailed notice including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) location of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
Disclaimers & Limitations
As-Is Basis
Our Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawsome Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services & Links

Third-Party Integrations: We use third-party services including payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), analytics providers (Google Analytics, Firebase), advertising networks, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).
Your Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that Pawsome Creations shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
User Conduct & Community Guidelines
We strive to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive community. All users are expected to treat others with respect and follow these community guidelines:
Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity and frequency. We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to maintain a safe community.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal action, you agree to first contact us at legal@pawsome.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We commit to working in good faith to resolve disputes.
Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in Mumbai, India, and shall be conducted in English.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, virtual items, and any purchased content.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Request by law enforcement or government agency
- Unexpected technical or security issues
- Extended inactivity (12+ months)
- Non-payment of fees or chargebacks
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pawsome Creations, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights
- Your user-generated content or any content you submit
- Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide
Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pawsome Creations regarding the Services.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, or internet service failures.
